Mustang Club of Tidewater Fall All Makes and Models Show

Located at Landstown Commons Shopping Center
The MCT will be holding our annual All Makes and Models Fall Car Show on Saturday, September 30th, 2023, from 9:00AM until 2:00PM, at Landstown Commons in Virginia Beach. This show is open to all cars, trucks, motorcycles, slingshots, and hot rods, old or new, stock or custom, driven or trailered. We want to see your vehicles! Please, no entrants on the lot prior to 8:30AM to allow for vendor and lot setup to occur. Spectators will be directed to park outside the show area. There is no entry fee for spectators, but donations will be greatly appreciated.
This is a Participant's Choice show. ALL vehicles that enter the show area must register and display a registration/vendor placard with their entry number, name, and vehicle description. Dash plaques will be provided to the first 100 registered participants. All entrants will be given a Top 25 Choice sheet to complete and submit. A Best in Show Trophy and 25 Participant's Choice trophies will be awarded based on the cumulative results of your picks. There will also be top honor trophies awarded by VFW VA District 2, Show Sponsors, and one for Best Club Participation.
The judged vehicle entry fee is $25.00, and we ask for a donation of a minimum of 2 cans of non-perishable food to support a local food bank. Registration will only take place at the show location. There will also be a 50/50 Raffles by both the MCT and Ceramic King Coatings.
DJ Vinlo & Crew will be spinning the tunes and making the announcements for the duration of the show.
The schedule will be as follows (subject to change due to weather):
9:00: Registration Opens
10:00: Entrant Meeting/Briefing, 50/50 Ticket Sales and Judging begin
Noon: National Anthem will be played.
12:30: Registration Closes. No further judged entries after 1230.
1:00: Judging Ends. Please have all Participants Choice Judging Sheets turned in before 1300.
1:30ish: Awards Presented and 50/50 Drawings Held
2:00: Show Ends

After expense proceeds of this show will be donated to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Virginia District 2. Please help us support our veterans by your participation in this show. Representatives of VFWVA D2 will be attending the show and awarding a trophy.

This is always a well-attended show, so be sure to arrive early (but not before 0830) to get a good spot! When arriving, at the site, and departing, we ask that you operate your vehicles responsibly. Since we will have a DJ, please, no loud music or other loud sounds at the show. Since the MCT is a member club of the Car Club Council of Hampton Roads, Landstown Commons allows us to use this location through the Council. We must ensure that our attendees don't jeopardize that relationship. We look forward to seeing you there!!
