Time to cruise High Street again! We will have FREE up-front, car-show-style parking reserved for classic cars at the First Friday Concert & Art Show, Court Street at the intersection of High Street. Bring the "better half" and enjoy the FREE concert from the Sam Floyd Band, beer & wine for sale & food on the grill, and 20 local artists displaying their creations. All to support the non-profit Support Portsmouth Public Art group, the volunteers who place murals and artwork throughout our city!
